Chief Operating Officer

Stephanie joined our Bass-United family in 2006, after graduating from the University of Florida. She has become an integral part of our staff and knowledgeable resource, acting as the unofficial "help desk" for customers and employees alike. We rely on her for a vast array of special projects, maintaining customer relationships, performing sales site visits and implementing new procedures to make us more efficient. She is continually looking for new ways to improve the company and provide our customers with the best service imaginable. As a life-long South Florida resident she enjoys water activities with her husband and children, boating, home renovations, entertaining and cheering on the Gators.
