All warranty returns or exchanges must have a RMA number associated with it or it will not be processed for return or replacement. Display the RMA number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your repair.

Products showing abuse, misuse, alteration or lightning strikes may not be repaired or replaced under warranty.

In the event that a product needs repair after one year from receipt of order, Bass-United Fire & Security Systems will assist in having items repaired by manufacturer or suitable repair facility if possible. Customer will be charged for cost of repair and handling.
