The Bass-United family all started in 1977 with one man operating out of the back of his pick-up truck. Brad's infamous smile, sunny disposition and expansive knowledge of fire alarm systems quickly gained him a reputation with building managers, owners and city inspectors alike. Bass-United's customer base expanded at a pace beyond Brad's wildest dreams, quickly growing from one man with a pick-up truck to over 50 employees operating out of a 7,000 square foot facility. What makes Bass-United so unique is due greatly to our owner and operator. His philosophy is to treat each customer as if they were our only customer. He genuinely loves his business and can often be found at 3:00 AM on site fixing a troublesome system or acting as technical support to one of our many field technicians. Brad continues his education with annual training seminars on new products and new technologies. In addition to countless factory certifications and field training, he holds a Nicet Level IV certification in fire alarm systems. Brad's interests include golfing, boating, attending concerts, sporting events and remodeling. He enjoys spending time with his friends, children and grandchildren.
