Chief Operating Officer

Stephanie joined our Bass-United family in 2006, after graduating from the University of Florida. Since becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2017, Stephanie is fully dedicated to the future and success of Bass-United and its employees. Stephanie is the unofficial "help desk" for customers and employees alike. We rely on her to run the day-to-day operations of the business, maintain customer relationships, and implement new procedures to make us more efficient. She is continually looking for new ways to improve the company and provide our customers with the best service imaginable. As a life-long South Florida resident she enjoys boating with her husband and children, cheering on her sons' lacrosse and crew teams, home renovations and entertaining.
